German Pancakes


1/2 Cup milk

2 Eggs

1/2 teaspoon of Salt

1 cup flour

 Beat Eggs with salt and milk. Add flour to make thick past. Thin to heavy cream with more milk. Fry in round skillet on high with small amount of grease. Makes 6-8 pancakes
